Someone is after Police Chief Julia Lillus. Officer Bobbie Peltz is the
vehicle to get to her. Julia is more than willing to trade places, but it
isn’t enough.
“It has come to our attention there is a ransom request for the
Harford Police Department and I quote ‘I have at this moment
captured one of your female Officers. I am requesting Chief Julia Lillus
meet me in order to free Ms. Bobbie Peltz from captivity. Ms. Lillus, if
you are listening to this, you must meet me in person with no other Officers.
If you do not honor my request, I won’t be responsible what happens
to Officer Bobbie’.”
